The hotel was colourful with easy and awesome location just next door to the Singel as well as coffee shop which is like 70yrds to go and smoke. A night club was near the property, really enjoyed its location on the canal.

The hotel boasts a unique charm and a great location for exploring. The staff were friendly and helpful when we needed assistance. However, the room size was a bit compact, and the restaurant prices felt high, leading us to find breakfast elsewhere.

Charming canal-side location, fine historical interiors, convenient luggage storage service
Inadequate air conditioning made the room uncomfortably hot!!! Noise disturbances from street music were quite bothersome!!! Limited space in the room made moving around a challenge!!!

I liked the hotel, everything is clean and nice, furniture is in perfect condition and carpets are clean and new everywhere. There are many small important details which you will find nice and cannot ignore.
I did not like hotel policy to get your money. I booked the room on one price and then less price appeared, but it was not possible to change. Also I was given less room comparing the description. I'd like to say they are too gridy, though if to make a dispute on the situations it's difficult to say who is right they or you. Formally they are right. The question is that not in each hotel such situations appear and you mainly do not want to be in any situations. So, try the hotel by yourself and hope you will enjoy your stay.
